Shipping Policy

We utilize USPS economy/ standard rates (based on weight) as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped out.

Note: Rosesgems Boutique has the right to change customized shipping rates to best suit the shipping needs of our customers and for the business. 

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@rosesgemsboutiqe.com

Note, If orders are placed on Friday they will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm est will be processed the next day

Rosesgems Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Rosesgems Boutique is also not responsible for packages arriving past the estimated shipping time frame. (due to postal service errors or backlog) Please keep all tracking information for your records or until item or items are received is recommended.
